A benchmarking group shares best practices and financial info between 4-12 agencies/law firms. The group can share ideas and data to find value in their own collection shop. By sharing info like vendor effectiveness, collection strategies and data the group can help the other members to to make decisions and share best practices. It allows the CEO a support group to help make difficult decisions and get industry advice form other industry veterans.
I would like to start a benchmarking group and help the members to increase liquidation, reduce costs and have a support group. The comittment needed to be part of the group is great but the return is greater.
